Here I am. Sitting in the airport lounge and waiting for my plane to start boarding. Everything is done. I am ready, or as ready as I can be. Now the next chapter begins. I do not feel sad, at least not yet. Nor do I feel elated. I feel calm. I don't really know what is coming. That is, I know what is coming in terms of work but not life.
I get to see Caitlin soon! It will be five months and a few days apart by the time I see her and I cannot wait.
So I suppose that that is all there is, at least until I arrive and then the journey really begins.
